Gorden & Sweets' Method
| Nearly all modern laboratories use this metal impregnation method as routine stain for the demonstration of reticulin fibres on 3 to 4 mm thick paraffin sections. Majority of the laboratories prepare the working silver solution freshly. |  |
It should be noticed that the sensitivity of the working silver solution would result in a great loss if excess of ammonia was applied.
